Job Overview We are hiring full‑time house cleaners in Ballwin, MO. The schedule is Monday‑Friday 7:45 AM to 4 PM (or 5:30 PM) with no nights or weekends. We are located at 115 Woods Mill Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011. Pay Base rate: $12.00–$15.90 per hour, with potential to reach $19.00 based on experience. Benefits High pay – among the highest in the industry. $50 bonus possible after 30 days with advanced training and no absences. Raises evaluated after one month, based on performance, not tenure. No night or weekend shifts – enjoy personal time. Hourly payment with no commission pressure. Weekly pay on Friday. Travel, prep time, and mileage reimbursement (almost double fuel cost).
