Radiation Therapist
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
Pay: $32 – $42/hr
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Radiation Therapist for an exciting job in New York, NY.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver prescribed radiation treatments with accuracy and safety.
Verify treatment parameters and ensure proper patient positioning.
Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records.
Operate and monitor equipment; report any issues promptly.
Communicate clearly with patients and support their comfort throughout treatment.
Assist with simulations, immobilization devices, and chart reviews.
Collaborate with the oncology team and maintain a professional, organized work environment.
Minimum 1 year of clinical radiation therapy experience (2 years preferred).
Experience with Varian TrueBeam technology.
Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiation Therapy program.
ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy.
Active New York State Radiation Therapy License.
