Catering Sales Manager
Our growing restaurant group is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to join the leadership team and oversee and develop catering sales for all of our concepts. Catering Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a Catering Sales role
- Outgoing, passionate work style
- Ability to build relationships and increase catering revenues through networking and active sales generation efforts
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and sales orders
- Collaborate with culinary and PR/brand teams to update, cost, and market catering menus
- Assist restaurant teams as needed in the delivery of catering orders
- Must have open schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
Catering Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
